At Nuclear Blast Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your metal gear and media. If your order isn't hitting the right note, you can return most items in their original, sealed condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records and CDs are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable carrier to our warehouse address, keeping your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
